"Don’t get involved with these people. They beat your door down trying to sell you a policy- I had emails from one person, text messages from another & phone calls from a third. And none of them communicate with one another. We switched bc they gave us better quote than we were paying- then spoke to my husband and charged him much more than original quote. We received emails advising us to sign, even tho the coverage amts were not the amts we had specified. . I corrected them via email, but continued to receive the incorrect forms signing request. We asked to switch back to Progressive, told a week ago we could not bc “it’s still at the underwriter”. Told today we could, but today’s person knew nothing about the original quote or what we had already paid- but said yes- can switch back to Progressive. A confusing mess. Can’t imagine what filing a claim would entail. Update - after 3 weeks and 5 different SF reps, we were able to successfully cancel & return to the good service we had with Progressive. As it turned out, we were given one very good quote over the phone, but by the time it was sent to us, it had been changed and price increased. And then it was changed yet AGAIN without our permission, and the price was raised AGAIN. Buy beware. I have placed a complaint with the Florida state services regarding their suspicious activity."

"I was with them for many many years and had no issues until 12/2024 when my bill was off. I was then told 2 cars I purchased in November had coverages backdated to September. Months later I'm still waiting for refunds/credits and was getting the runaround so I decided to go elsewhere. On the rare occasion I reached someone during this time, I would have to go over everything again only to be told we'll have Hannah call you back since that's who I was in contact with. Again no callback. I asked for the manager to call me and was told her name is Tovier. Weeks later when Tovier calls me on 3/4/25 I'm thinking she'll tell me something about my refund....nope! she was giving me a courtesy call on polices I asked to be cancelled weeks prior. Then she tells me I will get with Hannah and call you back by the end of the day. It's the end of the day on 3/6/25 and I'm still waiting. I've already filed a formal complaint and will continue to escalate. If you can't avoid State Farm stay away from this location Update : to the person who replied to my review first your reply was laughable. Misreprentation and libel....LOL. I have text messages, voice messages, and email to back up ALL that I said. If this is the owner I have NEVER spoken to you about this issue but gladly be at the office for you to review it with me "again" and I'm still waiting for a callback from Tovier. This office is a joke!"
